GM'S OR SOMEONE Pls dont ignore me

Well i bought all the skins u ever released in different characters . can you remove bound and make a different storage so we can move them around? i want to move so bad my wicked slayer skin on my ranger to make my Gilded Finery Outfit to look good with that skin since you didnt release a good looking weapon skin for that outfit. thats why im asking for that and if you cant . will you ever release the wicked slayer weapon skin again? and to be sure the skin looks like that in this video right?

edit: forgot to mention that all those cosmetic items are bought with cash thats why i find this not fair.
