Drop rate of mysterious fragment

Since so many mysterious fragments are needed to craft armor, the drop rate should be raised. I am at a stand still on my crafting of armor and weapons due to lack of this item. I have kept every one that dropped and at lvl 35 I had only collected 105 of these which were gone before I mastered one item. So, please increase the drop rate, or make it available from the NPC.
