Gear sets as costumes + More

So firstly, I think it would be nice if players were able to use gear sets as a Costume, just for appearance. It could be done in several ways:

-Using a special item on some part of the outfit (chestpiece for example)
-Buying the Gear set's appearance from a new NPC
-Buying the Gear set's appearance from the Ellora shop (could be Elluns, or NX...I'd prefer Elluns as it is gear we normally obtain in-game, though)
-As a Drop in dungeons, etc

I just find it a shame to abandon some nice-looking outfits as we progress through the game. Even some of the Heroic sets don't look that bad.

Regarding Helmets on Costumes; It seems most (if not all) costumes come as a single item, rather than several parts. Thus we cannot hide the Helms of costumes that do have them, should we not like the looks of these helms. If not possible for the costumes we have now, perhaps in the future, it would be nice to give players the ability to hide the headpiece of Costumes they do not wish to display the helm of.

I would love to see pointy hats like the ones we had for Halloween before, but permanent. I felt it looked quite good on my Wizard, and none of the costume hats I've seen (are there even many?) really look too good. That is my opinion though.

Paid server transfer should be a thing, I was surprised to find out it still doesn't exist for Riders of Icarus. It doesn't have to happen right now, but perhaps in the future, at least?

That is all I can think of at the moment, they may be "minor" but I feel it would be nice to have them in.
