With the recent improvement with extra bags its not really much:
1. Teleports to dungeons. Still cannot stand the fact I need to pay 1 ellun to teleport to dungeons with premium. Just make it so that premium lets us teleport to all xserver locations maybe? Teleports to WB would be even better, just saying, not hoping this would ever exist![:D]( ":D")
2. Portable mail, would be something I look for together with storage and AH. Another rabbini maybe?
3. Quest items still take up the inventory. Not a problem other than during leveling. No a high importance with the premium bags now.
