Tagris / Traes mark

the mark of tagris / traes mark is very very very rarety and change of drop this mark are close to 0%

Is what it is possible at this level of the game to increase the rate of loot to the marks ?

I know that I ask something a little unthinkable or impossible to hold and that will surely never done but thank you for having at least read this little message
