As the title says.
Now that the best gear is bound on pickup, obtaining multiple copies of an item has become infinitely more time-consuming, even considering dungeon timer resets. Unfortunately, despite being BoP, gear still has completely random stats, which makes it completely useless most of the time - tank armor with +INT, wizard robes with +STR and the like. This is quite frustrating, and will become even more so when Legendary gear is added in the next patch\content update.
Considering the above, Bind on Pickup pieces should have stat rolls limited to a pool of stats that are beneficent for the class in question. Specialized, if you will.
For example, a Guardian armor piece should pick a combination of stats from [+Health, +CON, +P.Def, +M.Def]*very likely* or [+Phys crit, +Phys Damage -Cooldown]*less likely*, a Wizard staff - any of [+INT +WIS, +Mana, +Mag.Crit rate/damage or plain +Magic Attack%] and so on (which stat goes where is open to debate).
Since stats would still remain random, optimizing your entire gear would still require multiple runs, and obtaining different gear (maybe a Guardian wants to gear up for soloing) would require even more work, but at the very least, it would eliminate the frustration of looting another junk item that is only good for extracting/vendoring. Because right now, it puts more people off doing dungeons at all rather than encouraging them to run them again and again to obtain that piece they want.
