My little Wishlist for the Game-UI

Hello out there,

I play since Open Beta and have currently 452 hrs played based on my Steam statistics. Yes thats a lot :) you really got me with this game - thanks :)
Every day when I play I see some things in the UI which could be easily improved, so I want to list them here as feedback.
Maybe some of those things DO work in some way and I missed them. If this is the case, please give me a how-to.

+ Most important: Please remember window positions! After every single login I have to re-arrange all windows to where I want them to be. Default positions are unusable as they overlap and in general they don't seem to be located in any logic manner... Especially this is true for the inventory and character screens

+ Add some shortcut for replacing the lower ring slot. Currently right-click always replaces the upper slot. When I want to change to the taming-rings I always have to drag&drop manually to the lower slot. Which then leads to first having to re-arrange the windows so they are not sooooo far away from each other in their default positions (pressing I and P). Maybe Ctrl-Right-Click? or Alt-Right?

+ Premium-Pots (Health & Energy). Every day I have to re-do the shortcuts in my toolbar for the drinks... in both toolbars and the new drinks always land on the top left of my inventory. Please write those view lines of code to actually REPLACE the existing pots and their shortcuts. We can only have 20 anyway. Thanks. This is really boring.
(Same happens to auctioneer, bank and travel ticket when a premium scroll is applied to an existing premium state - fix that too, please).

+ When selecting "show Percent" in the game options this applies only to party members and myself. Please show it on mobs too. I understand that you don't want to display hard numbers of their hitpoints - thats perfectly fine - but there's nothing wrong with a percentage display in my oppinion.

+ Quest tracker does not remember which quests to show or hide over a relog/restart when I deselected them directly in the quest tracker at the right edge of the screen. they are only "remembered" in their visible state when I deselect them in the J journal screen. please fix this.

+ Customizing Bug: When the UI scale is changed to a larger value it is no longer possible to re-arrange the quest tracker.

+ Quest tracker does not correctly find the bottom of the screen. often quests are invisible outside this border. Together with a scaled UI this makes quests unreadable unless you hide some other quests.

+ Please make the buff icons larger, they are way too small.

+ "Show target of target" does not work when targeting a player (at least sometimes)
+ "Show target of target" should also show all targets of my party members near their party frame --- the party frame is so small anyway you could easily find a place for that.

+ Please allow an option to "target the target of my target"... Sounds silly? nope... Standard in many mmo's if you want to attack the mob your tank has in target, you simply press F1 (or whatever shortcut u have for targeting the first player in the group) and then u hit the key to take his target.

+ Same is true for a "fight back" option. If you get attacked by something a shortcut would be great, to take that into target, whatever attacked you last. (not automatic please, it would be unusable in pvp then but via a shortcut).

+ Please make item links clickable in shouts and server messages (like legendary drops which cause a server message or when someone shouts a WTS)
+ Please add a view more possible characters (10 more would be fine) to:
..........Megaphone
..........T screen (group search)
+ Please increase maximum length of a single chat message

+ Please add a shortcut as /i instead of /invite to invite someone to a group... thats unnecessary long. /p, /g and /w work fine - why not /i ?

There are more things but I can't recall them on-the-fly ... Lets go with this list for now :)
