Really needs to be a queue for dungeons

This game is not solo friendly at all, turns away many solo player end game. Should not be forced to join a guild and do things around there schedule. There needs to be a queue system for dungeons, add gear score rating for certain things for queue if need be. I play with one other person and it sucks you can't do really anything without joining a guild. Like I said this turns away the solo/casual player especially since guilds kick inactives since there is such low guild member allowed...
