[Suggestion] Regarding Aerial Combat

Hi!

So I looked through a few pages in the suggestions and havent found a thread about this so i figured why not, since the big update is coming anyhow. If there is gonna be a map where you rely on fighting while flying a lot once again this has to be said in my opinion.

As a priest myself i noticed it's way too hard to gain information during flight.
you can only target 1 person and only within 50m of you to see where they are.
So where is the rest of my party? 500m above me? 100m below me? Even turning your screen you can only see say about 70ish m away on max settings... i cant gain any info about what height they're at fast enough to be efficient in healing and support. by the time i found them they're dead or close to it.

The same goes for monsters honestly, you have to turn your screen 360 to see if anything is closeby to your height and by that time if you get attacked you've been hit once or twice already. This has also bugged me about quests now that I mention it. What height is the npc you have to talk to at? i have to check from the ground up to max height every time i get to a new npc. Is he on top of the tower or inside on the first floor? Or 350m in the air on a floating rock somewhere?
What height do the mobs i have to kill fly on? 15m ? 200m?
Its really frustrating when you ave to search around all the time and timeconsuming too...

the minimap is simply missing the 3rd dimension.

Now possible solutions range from a whole diffrent interface for flight to simple a few more indicators. It would be enough to have a small indocator next to all party members as to what direction and how far away they are, or at least it'd be a big improvement. For quests and such a height indication next/below the other distance indicator would work as well, and lastly for monsters attacking you an indicator where they are compared to you just above their hp bar once you target them. That way its easier to locate where you get damage from.

Of course I dont know how complicated these things would be to implement, but they would make life a lot easier and reduce players' stress.

If someone else can think of diffrent solutions or think i m completely wrong dont hesitate to answer and I can update this post o:

Thanks for your time and reading my semi-rant :P
