"Lock" Familiars in the Book

Hi,

I would like to have the option to "Lock" Familiars in my book.
It has happened several times (Guildmates) that they released a familiar "by accident" or because of a bug (selection did not reflect correctly which familiar is really selected) and by clicking "Release" a bit too fast :)

To avoid releasing a familiar you want to keep, it should be possible to lock them, so they can not be released.
An option to unlock them again would be required too, of course.
