Halloween Event

i noticed halloween event is over but the npc's are still there so the few people who havent used their candies yet can use them

but what about the people who had marks and stuff in their backpack, they serve no purpose anymore right?
it would be beneficial if we could, for example i have 2 horse marks in my invi sitting there, it would be helpfull if i could trade them for candy to use rather then throw away for no reason.
