Shout chat.... we can toggle it on and off, so a spam deterrent with this is moot. Could we please have it without having to spend an Ellun on it? It just seems like an annoyance more than anything to need to spend one Ellun on a megaphone which is also just another inventory space to clutter our already limited space with that. :/
