[Feature request] Mouse button 4/5

Hello,

Could you please allow the game to recognize mouse buttons 4,5 usually bind in windows to previous/forward page.
I find it crazy to have to create a profile on my mouse software and assign macro to those buttons because the game doesn't recognize them...
It's 2016 everybody uses 5 buttons (minimum) mouses for MMOs.
